The Operational Flight Paramedic is responsible for providing high-quality patient care under varied conditions with minimal supervision in collaboration with partner and other healthcare professionals often in an austere environment.  The Operational Flight Paramedic is responsible for fulfilling the mission and goals of Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) in a Point of Injury (POI) environment, Search and Rescue (SAR) and Personnel Recovery (PR) while ensuring patient care and safety remain the highest priority.
